At Optimal Therapeutics, we provide expert-led online fitness and nutrition coaching designed for real people with real lives. Our programs blend science-based training, individualized nutrition guidance, and corrective exercise principles to help you lose weight, build strength, recover from injury, and move with confidence — no matter where you’re starting from.

While most of our coaching is delivered 100% online, we also offer in-person nutrition coaching, prenatal/postpartum fitness, and corrective or rehab-based training at our Riverton clinic.

Coach Jess is the owner and founder of Optimal Therapeutics, with over 17 years of experience helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover smarter, and stay strong for life.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences

Her expertise blends rehabilitation, corrective exercise, mobility, strength training, nutrition education and prenatal/postpartum fitness, making her coaching ideal for injury recovery, prenatal fitness, postpartum return-to-exercise, youth athletes, and long-term health.

Coach Louie

Strength | Performance | Body Composition | Mental Resilience | Nutrition Coaching
Coach Louie is a full-time firefighter with over 15 years of experience and a lifelong background in athletics — from soccer and rugby to functional fitness and competitive natural bodybuilding.
After competing in multiple natural bodybuilding shows, Louie developed a deep understanding of how nutrition — especially carbohydrate utilization — impacts strength, aesthetics, and performance.

His coaching approach focuses on:
  • Functional and aesthetic strength
  • Nutrition and supplementation strategies
  • Performance optimization
  • Mental resilience and confidence

Louie believes mental health is just as important as physical performance and works to help athletes build confidence, discipline, and belief in themselves.
